ASIN Suspensions
An ASIN number is a way for Amazon to track individual product listings. You will receive this violation if a certain listing for a product you are selling is deemed in violation of Amazon’s guidelines. You are still allowed to operate your account and other listings, but will not be able to sell the specific product which was associated with the ASIN violation. We know how frustrating it is to receive the dreaded notification that the product you are selling is now suspended from the marketplace. This violation may arise for multiple reasons, and frequently the explanation as to why may not always be clear. Not only are you prohibited from continuing the sale of that item, but any proceeds from the product within 90 days will be held by Amazon until the matter is resolved. If you’re a seller using Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), your products will also be held in Amazon’s warehouses until the issue is resolved. This can put a heavy burden on your business, especially when you rely on these products for cash flow and revenue. We will work with you to devise a Plan of Action (POA), outlining which steps should be taken to resolve the issue. We will work with you to reinstate your seller privileges, so you can get back to what really matters – your business.
