Multiple Seller Account Suspensions
When it comes to selling on Amazon, each seller is allowed one account through which all business is completed. Exceptions can be made but must be approved by Amazon first. Many sellers knowingly and unknowingly – set up multiple seller accounts – which is a breach of Amazon’s policy. Amazon has teams devoted to uncovering this type of violation, which can lead to a suspension of all the accounts, and even worse, a permanent ban on doing business on Amazon. If Amazon is accusing you of operating multiple accounts, we will work to craft a Plan of Action to combat Amazon’s strict suspension policy, and to maximize the chance of having your account reinstated.
